EMC Security Proudly Sponsors Cobb Chamber’s Public Safety Appreciation Week

At EMC Security, we know what it takes to keep a community safe. That is why we are proud to sponsor the Cobb Chamber’s annual Public Safety Appreciation Week, happening October 6–10, 2025. This week gives the community a chance to thank the men and women who work every day to protect our families, homes, and neighborhoods.

The week begins with the Public Safety Luncheon, where local public safety nominees are honored. As a security company, we respect the courage, quick thinking, and dedication these roles require. We understand the importance of safety and want to join the community in showing our gratitude.

There are many ways for citizens to get involved:

    • Visit local agencies to say thank you
    • Bring handwritten cards, snacks, drinks, or small gift cards
    • Organize meals, cookouts, or surprise deliveries for local stations

    Involve Your Kids

Public Safety Appreciation Week is a great way to teach children about community service. Families can:

    • Make thank you cards with drawings or personal messages
    • Pack small care packages with snacks or treats to deliver
    • Create posters or artwork for agency walls
    • Visit a local station as a family to deliver cards or treats and say thank you

The Cobb Chamber has a Google Sheet sign-up where you can see participating agencies and choose where to deliver items.

Public Safety Appreciation Week reminds us all of the dedication it takes to keep our community safe. EMC Security is proud to support this effort and thanks every public safety professional for their hard work.

Even if you do not live in Cobb County, we encourage you to take this week as an opportunity to reach out to your local police, fire, or EMS stations. Find ways to say thank you and organize small acts of appreciation in your own community.

Join us October 6–10, 2025, and help make this week special for those who protect us every day!
