EMC Security’s redundant monitoring centers are the most technologically advanced with the highest certifications and standards in the industry.
This section will answer three important questions for you:
- Why EMC Security customers are among the safest, most protected customers.
- Why no other alarm company can match EMC Security’s redundant central station monitoring architecture for your security and peace of mind.
- Why EMC Security’s customers experience the most comprehensive monitoring service available at the best value starting at only $16.95.
EMC Security knows that our customers deserve the safest, highest level of protection. Remember the ice storm in January 2011, or the severe thunderstorms of August 2012 that affected several 911 call centers across the state shutting them down for hours, causing them to get assistance from other county 911 call centers to relay emergency calls? Natural disasters are a part of life and they may not happen every day, but monitoring centers should be prepared for natural disasters every day. A single point of failure central station is simply not an option for EMC Security and our customers. In demanding that customers have peace of mind and the highest level of protection, we decided to provide what is called fully “redundant” monitoring service to customers. Receiving fully redundant monitoring service means that multiple fully staffed monitoring stations located in different geographic locations are monitoring customers’ homes and businesses simultaneously and seamlessly ensuring that customers receive the best protection possible with the fastest response time- in seconds, not minutes.
This unique monitoring service architecture, called Secure Path™, is the only one in Atlanta that is fully redundant, with customers being monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days per week simultaneously. Should anything happen to one monitoring center, the other monitoring centers continue to monitor seamlessly without any interruption or down-time. Full-time active redundancy is far superior to a third party fail-over disaster recovery center which is the common backup for most of the other alarm monitoring companies in Atlanta. A third party fail-over disaster recovery center means that should one monitoring center be compromised in any way, monitoring must then be switched over to a back-up facility which could take up to several hours. This method is substandard and does not provide customers with the highest quality of monitoring possible.
