If a customer’s home or business ever suffers a loss of power, EMC Security receives power loss signals, and notifies customers as a service at no additional cost to the customer. In this day and age, we are seldom surprised that thieves will steal anything not locked down, even a power box. Recently, the EMC Security monitoring center received a power loss signal from the business of a customer protected in Commerce, Georgia. We notified the customer who traveled out to the business and discovered the theft of the power box from his business. The monitoring center contacted police for him and he reported the incident. It would appear that the thieves may have been setting up the customer to be robbed later that day when the system batteries died. This is another great way that EMC Security continues to protect homes and businesses across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia!
