The EMC Security monitoring center received a two-way medical alert alarm from the pendant worn by a customer who lives in Gainesville, Georgia. The customer is a 90-year old woman who lives alone. After falling and lying on her kitchen floor, she needed help. She immediately pressed the button on her two-way voice pendant that works with her EMC Security Medical Alert system.
